Matchday Ticket Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct ticket is selected and purchased. Failure to do so, and failure to provide the required confirmations listed below on matchday, will result in the ticket being deemed invalid and entry to the ground being refused. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in such circumstances.
Concession & Eligibility Requirements
Blue Light Card Holders: Must present a valid Blue Light Card in their own name, which must correspond with the ticket purchased.
Carers: Carers are permitted when accompanying a disabled supporter. Valid proof of eligibility must be provided, such as an Access Card or confirmation of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
Students: Must present a valid student ID Card in their own name, matching the ticket purchased.
Ground Regulations Reminder
Supporters are reminded that food, drink, pyrotechnics, and any other prohibited items are not permitted inside the ground. Any such items will be confiscated upon entry.
